Behind the scenes at The Florian with Julie Di Lorenzo

What makes a luxury condominium successful?  There were more than 10 major luxury condominium projects on the books for Toronto in 2009, yet only 4 of those are actually under construction in 2010? Julie Di Lorenzo, one of Toronto's, if not one of Canada's only female condominium developers has a knack for building one successful project after another.  What are the factors that have contributed to the success of her projects?

David Pontarini                                                                                                                                          David  Pontarini, OAA RAIC  David's portfolio demonstrates a diverse range of projects,  unified by thoughtful planning and a commitment to quality.  David has been recognized for his dedication to improving the urban condition.  With over 24 years of experience, David's projects include complex feasibility studies, private residences, civic, institutional and retail commissions.   His firms' projects have won numerous awards, and have also been recognized for their dedication to improving the urban condition.

Jason Park

As a partner with Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP's Municipal and Property Development Group, Jason assists property owners, developers and municipalities on official plan, zoning, subdivision, severance, variance and site plan matters throughout Ontario. He has attended at the Ontario Municipal Board on numerous occasions regarding a variety of Planning Act appeals and has extensive experience negotiating and drafting a variety of development related agreements such as Section 37 and Site Plan Agreements. 

Jason has previous experience working in the City of Toronto's Legal Services Division. He is on the Board of Directors for Hong Fook Mental Health Association which is a United Way sponsored organization.
