We welcome guests at many of our events. In fact, quite a few of our active members got to know us this way. We take great pride in our members' passion for recruiting their friends to our ranks.

That said, popularity is not a criterion for membership. At IWF, what counts is who you are and what you bring to the organization, not the people you know.

All proposed members have to meet the same criteria for accomplishment and diversity. If we were to relax this principle, we would lose the our defining strength as a community of distinction.
