Her company has built communities that include Elbow Valley, Mahogany and Copperfield in Calgary.

Lesley is one of the few female leaders in a very male-dominated residential development/construction industry.  Besides her previous inclusion in WXN's 2006 list, she has also been recognized by numerous other awards and her team has been named Developer of the Year at several sales and marketing awards for the Calgary region.
