IWF is not about networking. It's about learning and leadership. The organization's distinctive character rests on two key elements: the diversity of our members (all areas of interest, all races, all cultures) and the level of their accomplishment.

Membership is by invitation, and every member meets international standards. Our ability to exert influence and to empower other women flows from this defining strength.

Unlike networking groups, IWF does not allow members to use its roster for promotional purposes. We gather to inspire one another, not to sell to one another.
