Lori Suba, EMBA, is an award-winning commercial real estate executive, entrepreneur, and Broker based in Calgary, Alberta. She is President and Broker of Scout Real Estate Ltd., a boutique brokerage she founded in 2020, recognized for its relationship-driven approach to commercial leasing and advisory services across office, industrial, and retail asset classes.

With more than 23 years of experience in the Calgary commercial real estate market, Lori brings a 360-degree perspective shaped by senior roles in tenant advisory, institutional brokerage, and landlord representation. She began her career in 2003 in tenant advisory, later working with a Fortune 500 brokerage managing complex, multi-market assignments, before serving as Leasing Director for a major private developer. This breadth of experience enables her to bridge landlord and tenant priorities and deliver strategic, value-driven outcomes.

Lori holds an Executive MBA in Real Estate Leadership from the University of Fredericton and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Calgary. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).

A committed industry leader, Lori is Chair of the Calgary Chapter of the International Women’s Forum (IWF Canada) for 2026 and a past President of CREW Calgary, where she also led the Mentorship Committee supporting the advancement of women in commercial real estate. She is also co-creator and co-host of Leasing Out Loud, a podcast focused on Calgary’s commercial real estate market insights.

Her contributions to the industry have been recognized with the Connect CRE Canadian Women in Real Estate Award, the CREW Calgary Breakthrough Startup Award, and the CREW Network Entrepreneurial Spirit Impact Award—the first Canadian recipient of this global distinction.
