Fiona Webster Mourant is the President, CEO, and Co-Owner of Manrex Ltd., a globally recognized healthcare company specializing in medication error prevention with over 50 years of success. Under her leadership, the company has achieved significant growth and industry recognition, earning awards such as Manitoba’s Family Enterprise of the Year, while she has been personally recognized through honors including Manitoba Woman Entrepreneur of the Year (International Trade plus Overall Winner) and finalist distinctions for national entrepreneur awards. Her track record reflects strong capabilities in scaling businesses, driving innovation, and competing in international markets. 

Fiona also brings extensive governance and strategic expertise through formal governance training (ICD.D) and decades of board and advisory roles across sectors including healthcare, international trade, economic development, and entrepreneurship. She has chaired the World Trade Centre Winnipeg, The Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba, Chemo Savvy Inc, and Women of Winnipeg to name just a few. Fiona is married with two sons and two grandsons!
