Antoinette Bozac is a member of the International Women’s Forum of Canada since 2002 and proudly sits on its board as chair of national Sponsorship. She is a multilingual seasoned advisor, executive, trustee and board member with over 25 years of experience at publicly-traded, privately-held, crown, and not-for-profit corporations in highly regulated industries in Canada, France and US. She has led compliance, governance, human resources, legal services, public affairs, risk management, and insurance administration functions. She has guided business and operational strategies, environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility efforts, pension and benefits plans, health and safety procedures, and relations with shareholders, investors and regulatory authorities. She is an award-winning business lawyer, currently with McCarthy Tétrault in the MT>Align division. She is a board member of Blue Bridge Trust Company, the chair of its Ethics & Governance Committee, and former member of its Audit Committee. She graduated with honours from Concordia University, has two law degrees from McGill University, is Lean Six Sigma certified, and is a synchronized figure skating competitor.
